Matt has completed two different innovative projects for two companies that I Chair.
The first is a neuromuscular stimulation device that has achieved Nice approvals in the UK and several 510k approvals in the USA. It has multiple applications and is selling well for wound healing, DVT prevention Oedema reduction and recovery from exercise in professional sport.
The second is the miniaturisation of a diagnostic instrument which is for use at patient point of care. It is based on measuring binding events by measuring changes in the refractive index of light. The unique feature is the ability to identify diseases with the same or similar symptoms by the measurement of multiple biomarkers in one assay.
Matt has demonstrated extraordinary problems solving skills, with the ability to work very effectively in different teams. His time and cost management is excellent. Above all Matt is an outstanding design engineer.
